  • Gift card is redeemable for products and services from the David and Mary Salon ONLY.
  • Gift cards are purchased only through this page, and cannot be combined w/ other product purchases.
  • Gift card must be presented at time of purchase.
  • Expires one-year from date of purchase.
  • No cash or credit card refunds on gift cards.
  • David and Mary not responsible for remaining gift card balance.
  • David and Mary not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Gratuity not included in gift card amount.
  • Services require appointments. Please call the salon to make arrangements prior to your arrival. A valid credit card is necessary to reserve all service appointments, and CANNOT be reserved using gift card. We require a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
  • Gift card shipping options: Cards are either sent by standard UPS at no charge or Next Day Air for $20.
  • Regular orders usually ship within two business days of order. Printable gift cards are sent immediately following payment authorization directly to your email address.
